There are three main steps to rotational moulding
Step 1 - The plastic is poured into the mould (powdered or liquid form)
The plastic is weighed and poured into the mould ready to be heated.
Step 2 - The heat is turned on
Whilst the mould is heating up, it starts to rotate to make sure all the plastic is dispersed equally.
Step 3 - Cooling down
The mould is taken from the oven to cool down. Air blows and mist of water slowly cools the mould.

- No plastic is wasted
- Fast manufacturing times (lowers the cost)
- The products come in different colours and styles.
